* Buyer should strictly follow seller's schedule and site EHS requirement for removal and collection;

* Buyer must strictly comply with the seller’s EHS and Environment guidance during the dismantling, packing and removal work for purchased assets at but not limited to the seller’s premise;

* Seller is responsible for asset dismantling, loading (Buyer is responsible for related costs); Asset packing and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related matter and cost;

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
