- Buyer is responsible for all load out charges, securing the load, and logistics

- Buyer is responsible for confirming load out charges prior to bidding.

- Loadout charges must be paid in full to yard prior to pick-up.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
