Good afternoon. 1. What is the inside standing height of the box? 2. Do all exterior box doors, with the cam locks function? Do they open/close, lock/unlock 3. Is there any engine "blow by" (if you take the oil cap off is there air blowing out of there?) 4. LASTLY: Does the high idle kick in and hold properly? Any issues with it cycling on and off, hunting, or failing to engage when the parking brake is set and the load demands it? Has the high idle module ever been serviced or replaced?
