Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please refer to the load-out document/release note for the site representative details. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / Close of the auction, unless agreed otherwise  The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the assets. No Assistance will be provided. The buyer needs to ensure that they have the correct permits and/or SHEQ files required by law prior to dismantling and removal of the assets.  Buyers are required to remove all waste plastic, wood, and hazardous materials that form part of the lots that they purchased. Please refer to the conditions in the participation form.

Disclaimer: The auctioneer or his agent shall be entitled to bid up to the reserve price on behalf of the seller, but shall not be entitled to make a bid equal to or exceeding the reserve price.

We do not guarantee the weight of an asset as shown on the plate or manufacturing documentation, where the asset is sold as a lot not to be reconciled over a weighbridge

The Buyer agrees that their personal information may be shared with the Seller for record keeping purposes and where required for completion of the commercial conditions associated to the transfer of ownership on some assets.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All assets are offered for sale on a 'VOETSTOOTS' 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the asset offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the asset, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the assets offered for sale will conform to its description.  Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the assets. If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
