The city purchased the property for potential future use as passive recreation and greenspace preservation. The property is currently zoned R-1. The city does not actively add water to the pond; however, we are unable to confirm if it is spring fed. Yes, the drainage easement flows to Ebenezer Creek. 05/20/2026 12:39:49 PM
