The Kubota B20 is a backhoe loader tractor.
It has a 0.9 liter, 3-cylinder diesel engine
power output of 17/20 hp, and a PTO of 13/14 hp.
It has a fuel capacity of just over 3 gallons.
It has hydrostatic transmission, power steering and a wet disc braking system.
This tractor was maintained by the Town of Fayetteville Maintenance Department and regular maintenance was performed every 100 hours or sooner.
This tractor has a Kubota TL420A Front Loader with 55" bucket and a BT750C Backhoe with 16" bucket.
The tires are in good shape and have tread (see picture) remaining.
This tractor runs and operates as it should and was removed from service 1/1/2025, because it was replaced with a newer model.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
