Removal Instructions: Upon winning the auction, the following milestones must be completed within these set time limits:
• Within 5 days of end of auction: Proof of ability to fund moving the vehicles.
• Within 30 days of end of auction: A schedule for the pickup (at the location designated below) and transport of the vehicles must be developed by Buyer and approved by SacRT. The schedule must account for any permits required by the City of Sacramento for picking up the vehicle in the specified location. The vehicle hauler must provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting the specified limits outlined below and listed in Attachment 1.
• Within 90 days of end of auction: vehicles must be removed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SacRT.
Insurance:
• Proper insurance must be in place and verified prior to removal of the vehicles. This must come from the contracted hauler and include the following minimums:
Commercial General Liability with a per occurrence limit of $1M.
Commercial Auto liability with a per accident limit of $1M.
Workers Compensation with Employer’s Liability coverage at limits of $1M per employee/accident/aggregate.
Shipping: Buyer will be responsible for shipping the vehicles:
• The vehicles must be transported in whole and may not be disassembled at SacRT’s facility.
• SacRT does not have a have a crane available for assistance.

The winning Bidder or transport service must provide proof of the attached insurance requirements prior to pick-up, as they will be entering SacRT’s property and loading or towing the backhoe vehicle. Removal

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
