Contents & Items:
• All items listed on the Detailed Inventory List must be removed by the winning bidder — NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Items are well-used and sold strictly "AS IS."
• Most items are packed in boxes for easier removal.
• A moving truck or trailer will be required.
• Note: Quantity and description of items may vary slightly. Central Health does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the listed items.
• Background items in photos are not included unless specifically listed.
Important Notes:
• Aluminum ramps and steps are NOT included in the sale.
• All labor, equipment, and costs for removal of the structure and cleanup are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
• Winning bidder must:
o Remove all building-related materials (debris, foundation, blocking, etc.)
o Repair any damage to grounds, ruts, fencing, or school property caused during removal.
o Obtain and pay for all required permits and meet all regulatory requirements.
o Provide proof of liability insurance before removal begins.
 Insurance must be approved by Central Health.
 No work may commence without insurance.
 Subcontractors must also be insured.
 Certificates must include a 30-day cancellation notice provision.
Resale Restrictions:
• Buyer must move the building off-site before any resale.
• Attempting to re-sell the portable before removal is strictly prohibited.
• Violation gives Central Health the right to:
o Reimburse the winning bidder
o Reclaim ownership of the property
