You need to physically come to our building to inspect, and pick the item up, it will not be boxed or palletized for pick-up - it is as is, where is. If you can not physically come to our building please do not bid on these items.
Real Bison Head Taxidermied in 1989 by Filiman's Taxidermy Studio, has broken horns, slightly matted fur.
Buyer to remove as is/where is.
Items are sold as is/where is and must be paid for and picked up by, August 4, 2025, by 3pm. No warranty expressed or implied. Your purchase is a contract.
When you submit your bid, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder.
Please come to the Woodbury Junior - Senior High School to be taken to where the items are located for an inspection prior to bidding and ask for someone from the Administrative Offices to assist you.

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction's advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). Removal
Removal: All items must be removed within three (3) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Please be advised that these items will not be boxed, palletized or shipped. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. For additional information and to schedule payment and removal, please contact the Administrative Offices at 856-853-0123 ext. 235 or vfulgham@woodburysch.com. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the three (3) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
