Auction for a lot of office furniture including tables, side tables, chairs, shelving, drawers, cupboards, desks, etc.
Not all furniture from the pictures is included in auction (some chairs, standing desks, lamps, computers, etc).
All furnishings are used but in great shape.
These need to be paid for and picked up on or before Wednesday, 9/24/25.
********* NO ASSISTANCE WITH REMOVAL OR LOADING *********
Some disassembly may be required, so we recommend the Buyer bring a screwdriver and a dolly to transport them.
Access will be given to the Buyer to pick up at the scheduled time.

PAYMENT

SALES TAX

Removal
Removal: REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT Katrina Bishop at katrina.bishop@durhamnc.gov to schedule removal. Once payment has been made, directions will be given regarding removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal must be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
