AUCTION FOR SKATES ONLY - DUMPSTER BINS NOT INCLUDED.
- The buyer is solely responsible for removal
- The City of Durham will not provide labor, equipment, tools or loading services.
- All work, equipment, and arrangements required to complete removal must be provided by the buyer.
The buyer must remove items no later than Friday, March 20th as the City will be demolishing the Wheels Fun House building and all associated structures.

Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

Removal
Removal: REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT Katrina Bishop at katrina.bishop@durhamnc.gov to schedule removal. Once payment has been made, directions will be given regarding removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal must be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
