This material is sold solely as SCRAP.
Material Description:
The steel is a BH9 high manganese grade (BH93601, SS14/7) in the following dimensions:
260 x 260mm, various lengths.
Verification of composition:
The material is being sold strictly as scrap, on an as-is, where-is basis.
Prospective Buyers are required to verify chemistry and suitability for their specific applications and requirements.
Lot weight:
Estimated 60 metric tons.
Buyer to be invoiced for 60 mt.
To be reconsiled over a weigh bridge.
Any additional tonnage to be invoiced at the rate per ton achieved on auction.

Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Buyer’s Premium of 12% will be added to your winning bid on the invoice. VAT: 15% will be charged on all sales including the Buyer’s Premium.
NOTICE: Please note the bid(s) /offer(s) placed online does not include commission and VAT, this is calculated after, kindly keep in mind the costs to be added once you have placed your bid(s) online.

Removal
Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please refer to the load out document / release note for the site representative details. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / Close of auction, unless agreed otherwise The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the assets. No Assistance will be provided. The buyer needs to ensure that the have the correct permits and/or SHEQ files required by law prior to dismantling and removal of the assets. Buyers are required to remove all waste plastic, wood and hazardous materials that form part of their lots that they purchased. Please refer to conditions in the participation form.

Disclaimer: The auctioneer or his agent shall be entitled to bid up to the reserve price on behalf of the seller, but shall not be entitled to make a bid equal to or exceeding the reserve price.

Please note that upon removal of the asset, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the assets offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the assets. If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
