represented as being in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any
guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation
and may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register
the vehicle to be driven in its current condition. The winning bidder will be required to transfer
ownership before the vehicle can be removed from property.

5. WILL release a purchased item with an electronic or scanned authorized signature on the required forms.

The winning bidder must make an appointment with the City of London to pick up items purchased.
An email will be sent to the winning bidder with City of London contact information regarding the pick-up
and transfer of purchased items.
