- The buyer will be solely responsible for the removal of this shed
- The City of Durham will not provide labor, equipment, tools, demolition assistance, or loading services.
- All work, equipment, and arrangements required to complete removal must be provided by the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for any damage to City property or surrounding structures that occurs during removal activities.
- Repairs, if required, must be completed at the buyer’s expense and to the City’s satisfaction.
Removal of this shed must be completed no later than Friday, March 20th as the City will be demolishing the Wheels Fun House building and all associated structures.

PAYMENT

Removal
Removal: REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT Katrina Bishop at katrina.bishop@durhamnc.gov to schedule removal. Once payment has been made, directions will be given regarding removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal must be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
