Lot includes total Qty 1 Honda Generator, model EZ3500, serial number 3696415. Issues are unknown, not operational. Inspection is recommended. The terms of the sale state "Condition of property is not warranted”. Deficiencies, when known, have been indicated in the property descriptions. However, absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Therefore, the bidder should ascertain the condition of the item through physical inspection." And Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and/or restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection.

Coordinate retrieval of property with Point of Contact listed with this lot. Retrieval must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. All assets must be removed within two weeks from the time and date of the close of the auction. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 18 must remain in the personal vehicle of the party retrieving the property.
