Abandoned Vehicle.
This vehicle was originally seized on 9/8/2018. The seizure was eventually denied by the state. The owner was contacted and never retrieved the vehicle. It is classified as an abandoned vehicle for the GovDeals sale. Automatic transmission. Tire condition is poor. No cracked glass. Damage to passenger side door. Rust bottom of door frame. AM/FM CD. No Title for this vehicle. The Court Order and the Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to ensure a Tennessee court order and bill of sale is sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible for Titling the vehicle in their residing county/state.
