***BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*** ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS – WHERE IS.” ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders may inspect the equipment prior to bidding. Inspection is Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9pm and 4pm with appointment only.

Removal
All equipment must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Any asset not removed within the specified time will be charged a storage fee of $ 10 per day for each asset. Please bring a copy of your sellers’ certificate when removing asset. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the equipment.
