Complete Brewing System - This system contains the below equipment. All of the equipment is in good condition and operational. Prospective bidders are welcome to set up an appointment to see the equipment. Please contact Sharon Howell to make an appointment. Blue Ridge Community College will be responsible for decommissioning the equipment, which will include disconnecting the electrical and gas connections. Winning bidder will be responsible for taking the equipment apart and removing from the building. Winning Bidder will be responsible for any damage to the building when removing equipment. Winning Bidder MUST BE 21 years of age and present current ID when picking up.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
