True condition is unknown and cannot be determined. The trailer is no longer of use to the County. It has a small roof leaking, electrical brakes and lighting are inoperable. It has not been inspected by a certified mechanic so the overall working condition cannot be verified. Maintenance records are not available for inspection. It is suggested that the winning bidder have the trailer thoroughly inspected prior to attempting to pull it. Winning bidder is required to have the trailer towed when picked up.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Property may be inspected, by appointment only, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated. SALES TAX

Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to VERIFY THE LOCATION of the item(s) won, SCHEDULE PICK UP and any additional instructions on payment, pickup and removal.
Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
