This vehicle was vehicle purchased by our organization and used extensively for a construction like program for eligible low income clients. The program was outsourced in the summer of 2023 & the vehicle has been stationary (not started or driven) ever since (almost four years). Please see the attached PDF inspection checklist for more information. The title is clear but no other guarantees about vehicle condition can be made.

SIGNATURE NAMES ON THE TITLE MUST MATCH THOSE ON THE BUYER'S CERTIFICATE.***
DO NOT BID ON A VEHICLE IF YOU CANNOT VISIT CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, CLERK'S OFFICE TO SIGN THE TITLE.
NO THIRD PARTY REMOVALS WILL BE PERMITTED.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
