This auction is for a 1996 John Deere 690ELC Track Excavator
This Excavator has been sitting, batteries were dead. New batteries have been installed, starts and runs, functional video attached along with photos.
This machine has been operated exclusively at our Water Treatment Plant it's entire service life. It has been decommissioned due to age and condition, a new machine was procured as a replacement.
It has been reported that there were issues with the hydraulic system, not providing enough power to dig efficiently, possibly an issue with the master hydraulic control valve.
Winning bidder must be prepared to load and remove tractor without assistance.
The only thing included in this auction is the items herein described.
Nothing else that may be seen in photo backgrounds are included in this sale.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Buyer's Certificate must be presented at time of removal. If person(s) picking up item are other than person named on Buyer's Certificate, must present a letter releasing item to person(s) picking up item.
