1997 Ransomes Bobcat 36" Hydrostatic Walk-Behind Mower. Used Mower starts and runs. Unit is in working condition. Crack present at one front wheel mount on the deck, resulting in minor up-and-down movement. This condition does not affect mower operation. This is a used piece of equipment and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS. Buyer is responsible for all loading, transport, and removal arrangements. No loading assistance will be provided by the seller.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. THE TOWN OF BOONE DOES NOT SHIP ITEMS OR ASSIST IN ANY WAY WITH PACKING AND SHIPPING. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Property may be removed by appointment only. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
