Condition varies on merchandise we sell. Some assets may not be thoroughly evaluated and some may contain defects which are unknown and undisclosed. Items sold "as is" and responsibility is entirely on interested parties to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auction only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of this auction.

PICK UP DEADLINE

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyer can pick up the property only by appointment. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset.

A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
