2015 ODB LCT650 Leaf Loader

See attached photos. This is a 2015 ODB Leaf Machine with around 1800 Hours. It has exterior damage, including dents, rust, and scratches. The upper elbow needs repair, it needs a top chute, one tire, an impeller belt and its missing a door latch. The impeller has 50% life remaining.

Equipment may be inspected from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Monday through Friday. Inspections are by appointment only, contact Daniel Carter at 919-969-5144 for more information.

The Town of Chapel Hill makes no assurances about the mechanical condition of equipment offered for sale at auction. All items are sold as-is-where-is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect items before bidding.

This equipment has had scheduled maintenance by the Town’s professional Fleet Mechanics. Upon request of potential buyers, the Town’s Fleet Maintenance Division will provide copies of a list of work orders completed during the life of the equipment.

If the winning bidder will be sending a third party to pick up the asset in their stead, they must fill out the attached Authorization of Release form, along with the Bill of Sale and return it to Zakia Alam at zalam@townofchapelhill.org with a copy of their Driver's License before scheduling the removal of this asset.

Inspection

Inspection. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment

SALES TAX

Removal

Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Chapel Hill assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
