Yes, the vehicle is equipped with both heat and air conditioning; however, their current operating condition has not been verified. Prior to being removed from service, the vehicle received a new oil pan and turbocharger. At that time, Public Works was advised that the engine would require a rebuild. We are not aware of any leaks. The vehicle was used by the Public Works Department. 06/29/2026 08:37:51 AM

The 2016 Case TR270 skid steer started and ran when it was removed from service, however, the engine is in need of an overhaul. The Township has not performed any repairs or further testing since it was taken out of service. 07/01/2026 08:27:16 AM

Removal
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
