We are unable to ship items, even with a prepaid label. However, you are welcome to coordinate with a shipping vendor of your choice who can come on-site to pick up, box, and ship the items on your behalf.

Removal Details:
• No loading assistance is provided.
• Appointments are required
• Pickup is by appointment only, available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Closed from 12:00–1:30 p.m.)***subject to change***
• Fridays closed for loadout.
• Buyers are fully responsible for the safe loading and removal of all awarded items.
• Bring your own jumper cables/box and air compressor, if needed.
• A $50 fee per pallet applies if items require palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
At pickup, buyers must present a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Only the items specifically described are included in the sale, regardless of what may be shown in images.
Payment Terms:
• Payment is due within 5 days after the auction ends.
If not paid within this timeframe, items will be relisted and returned to inventory.
• Pickup must be completed within 10 business days after payment.
Failure to pick up or make arrangements within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of payment with no refund, and the item(s) will be resold.
All Items Sold As-Is
The City of Tulsa makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness of any items sold.
All sales are final upon removal.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. rgonter@cityoftulsa.org.
