Items offered for sale are sold “as is” subject to sale terms and conditions. Most items are unused, but may contain defects. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding or submitting offers.

Inspection is only by appointment with written confirmation, weekdays between 9.00am and 14.00pm with a minimum 3 days notice.

All visitors need valid ID, safety shoes and high visibility vest. Entry will be refused without them.

Please use the 'Ask your question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection providing the full name of all visitors, company name, license plate, telephone & email, preferred date and time of visit, lots to be inspected.

Removal is only by appointment with written confirmation, weekdays 9am - 2pm.

Load Out & Pick Up

• This lot will be loaded onto buyer's truck free of charge. Buyer is responsible for securing the load and logistics.
• Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release (LOA), once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied.
• Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA on-hand at the time of removal.
• Buyer must remove asset(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. If there is a mutual agreement between the Buyer and the Yard Contact extending beyond the ten (10) business days, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to properly document this agreement in writing. Items remaining onsite beyond ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction will be considered abandoned in place.
• Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must satisfy Seller's onsite safety protocol. The Yard Contact can provide additional instructions when the Buyer schedules the appointment.

If the Buyer or Buyer's removal agent does not adhere to these requirements, the Seller reserves the right to cease the removal at any stage.

All sales are subject to seller restricted party checks and approval. Seller will endeavour to complete checks and provide approval within 24 hours of close.

A signed Seller Required Document (SRD) is required prior to the release of this lot. Template SRDs can be found above these Special Instructions. Browsers can click to download, open and read them. Which SRD is required will depend upon whether the lot is located on a Shell owned site or a third party owned site.

Lots on Shell owned sites require a Purchase and Sale Agreement, License for Entry and Bill of Sale SRD.

Lots on third party owned sites require a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Bill of Sale SRD.

By inspecting the lot or placing a bid or offer on the lot, prospective Buyers agree that they have read, understand and agree to abide the terms of the SRDs.
