GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The City of Abbeville is offering this 2006 Ford Econoline Incomplete Extended Van equipped with a 6.0L V8 OHV 32V Turbo Diesel engine. This unit has been in continuous service within the EMS field and has served three different ambulance services during its operational life. The vehicle has a long history of dependable service and was utilized as part of daily EMS operations, including transport support, equipment movement, and medical response support roles.

VEHICLE CONDITION & OPERATION

This vehicle does run and drive and has remained operational throughout its EMS service life. However, due to the age of the vehicle and its heavy-duty professional use, buyers should expect that the van may need servicing, repairs, or routine maintenance. No specific mechanical issues are being stated or implied; we simply cannot guarantee the current or future operational condition.

Prospective buyers should assume the vehicle may require mechanical inspection, tune-up, or repair work prior to regular use.

We provide no mechanical warranty and no operational guarantees.

No emergency equipment (lights, sirens, radios, etc.) is included unless specifically listed elsewhere in the auction.

MAINTENANCE HISTORY

This unit received regular service and inspections during its EMS career. While it has provided reliable service over many years, no maintenance records are guaranteed to be included, and no assurance is made regarding recent repairs. The City of Abbeville does not certify the mileage accuracy or mechanical readiness of the vehicle. Motor replaced during this time so actual milage is unknown.
