Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All bidders are cautioned and encouraged to view property of interest before bidding. Should you choose to bid on an item without looking at it, you assume all risk. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Items may be inspected between 8 am and 3 pm, Mon. - Fri., excluding holidays. We are closed on Fridays during the summer, June through mid-August.

All items MUST BE REMOVED within 10 business days from the time/date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be removed between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm, Mon. – Fri., excluding school holidays. We are closed on Fridays in June through mid-August. Please call the Warehouse office to schedule a date/time for removal. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located (as indicated in the auction listing and in the Buyer’s Certificate). The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS, THEY MUST BE PICKED UP AT OUR LOCATION. WE DO NOT PACKAGE OR PREPARE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING.
