All items won must be paid for within 48 hours of auction closing.
If payment for an item is not received within 48 hours of auction closing, it will be considered in default. The buyer account will be noted, and the item will be re-listed in a future Deals auction.
--Two (2) defaults on the same buyer account in 90 days will result in that buyer account being suspended from participation in future auctions.
Taxes and Exemptions
Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
Tax Exemption
Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Property may be picked up by appointment only. Pickup must be scheduled through the online scheduling app.

If a customer does not accept an item for any of the allowances listed above, the customer will be refunded in full and AllSurplus Deals will retain possession of the item.
