Buyer is responsible for the removal of the structure from the ground/loading/moving/packing needed for removal of auctioned item(s). Please plan accordingly for the removal of these items, as no assistance from LPSS will be provided
1 Lot Consisting of Approximately 1 Playground structure with various steps, ladders, steps, slides etc. - All contents of this sale/lot must be removed in its entirety. Buyer must arrange removal, disassembly and transportation. Buyer assumes all damages to the equipment during removal, disassembly and transportation of ALL the property in the lot. No Assistance will be provided. Items to be removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate
Winning bidder must provide proof of liability insurance prior to removal of the building(s). The winning bidder shall not commence work under this contract until he has obtained all insurance required by this paragraph, and until such insurance has been approved by the Seller with an insurance company satisfactory to the Seller, nor shall the awarded bidder allow any subcontractor to commence work on his subcontract until the insurance required has been obtained and submitted. Proper certificates showing such insurance is in effect shall be furnished to the Seller prior to execution of the contract, which certificates shall incorporate a provision that no cancellation or change in such insurance shall be effected for any cause without thirty (30) days written notice being given to the Seller.
Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. No guarantee as to the safety or ability to use in the future for its intended purpose. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
