We will not ship air rifles/guns to Illinois, Arkansas, New York, New Jersey, California, Washington DC, Philadelphia PA or out of the United States! Your account will be locked if you're the winner of one of our air guns and live in any of the areas we cannot ship to.
All auctions are "Subject To Seller Confirmation", this means we reserve the right to award or deny an auction for any reason including not meeting an expected price.
Please DO NOT wait until the last minute to try and schedule an inspection or to ask questions about this item. All auction items that we sell are sold AS-IS and all sales are final.
Bidders are highly encouraged to view this lot in person. Appointments MUST BE MADE 24 HRS IN ADVANCE and are available mon-fri 8am-4pm. Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the Liquidity Services Website. Payment methods for Liquidity Services Auctions are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. * American Express is not available for buyers on probation. Real Estate property requires a wire transfer payment only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Removal
We require an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for in person pickup at our Platte City yard. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be turned away and asked to make an appointment.
IF YOU SCHEDULE AND MISS AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTIFYING US PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE SHOWING UP, YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED AND NO REFUND(S) WILL BE ISSUED. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE
NOTE: Only certain auctions will be offered with shipping. Please make sure that your address on file with Govdeals is current, because that is the address we will ship to. If you are wanting shipping to a different address, please let us know over the phone or by text message, as we cannot guarantee we will see the request in an email.
We will not offer shipping on BB guns to California, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC Chicago, IL Philadelphia, Pa or outside the United States
Shipping insurance is NOT available for air powered weapons of any kind! We take every effort to pack every item to ensure it makes it to you safely and intact. Due to the fact UPS and USPS does not allow insurance claims on BB guns, buyer agrees that Southside Tow cannot and/or will not be held responsible for ANY shipping damage!
If your item(s) are being shipped, shipping cost will be added to your final invoice, and once paid your item(s) will be packed, and dropped off at our local UPS or USPS.
We offer both packing and shipping for items at the buyer's expense. Shipping is done through either the US Postal Service or UPS. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping can take up to 5 business days from the time that you pay for your item. We strive to get items out the next business day after you make payment, but due to the high volume of items that we ship, it can sometimes take a few days. Feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. In person removal is by appointment only. Appointments MUST be scheduled AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description or previous arrangements have been made in writing. Any item(s) is not removed within the allotted time frame, the item(s) will be declared abandoned and no refund of payment will be issued.
