All items are sold "AS IS Where IS". Please inspect items prior to placing a bid. Inspections are by appointment only. Please contact Aaron Minder at 860-524-6322. Item is located at USPS, Hartford CT PDC, 141 Weston St., Hartford, CT 06101 and is available for inspection Monday - Friday 10 AM-2 PM. Call for appointment at least 24 hrs in advance.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

Note: All items are sold "As IS Where IS". The buyer is responsible for any disassembly, packing, material handling and transportation necessary to remove the item. If you elect to use a 3rd party to haul away the items, the successful bidder is responsible for the shipping charges, not the USPS. The item is located at USPS, Hartford CT PDC, 141 Weston St., Hartford, CT 06101. All items must be picked up within 10 days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate. Items must be picked up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM. Contact Aaron Minder at 860-524-6322 to schedule pickup.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” USPS, CT (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Payment. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
