Condition - UNUSED UNITS. These are "new" units and include the retail box, factory packaging, manuals, kb and mouse, and power cord.
** We did open these units and replace the factory HDD with one wiped to NIST 800-88 standard. We replaced the factory 500GB drives with blank 1TB drives so the specs on the boxes that say 500GB and Windows 8 are incorrect. Other than our replacing the HDD, these units are surplus and have never been used.
POTENTIAL BUYERS PLEASE READ
After winning the auction - winning bidder is required to submit payment within 5 days. Winner will also be required to print, sign, and return a Bill of Sale BEFORE the items are released by the seller.
Buyer arranges shipping. Buyers using UPS, FEDEX, or USPS GROUND SERVICES need to purchase a shipping label for the correct package weight & dimensions but do not need to schedule a pickup for the package (we have daily pickups from these services). Buyers using a ground shipping service that is NOT one of the aforementioned 3 services will need to schedule a pickup to our Warehouse address (224 Apple Grove Ln).
Buyers using FREIGHT shipping must schedule a pickup date with their freight company of choice after we provide the pallet weight and dimensions. Pallet W&D will only be provided after receipt of signed Bill of Sale. Buyers MUST provide us with a BOL for the shipment or the freight company will refuse pickup.
Buyer MUST send a signed Bill of Sale AND a scanned copy or PDF of the shipping label/BOL. Items will not be released without both documents.
All sales are final. We do our best to accurately represent all items we have for auction.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for sending BOL/ Shipping label. The buyer will arrange any freight pickup. We will pack any material onto pallet or into box based on quantity and size and then send the buyer dimensions and weight so that they may purchase proper shipping labels/ Freight. We have daily USPS, FedEx and UPS pickup service from our location.
All items must have a shipping label/ BOL or scheduled freight within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not shipped within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
