Item Detail: The RYOBI SPEED BENCH Mobile Workstation is a 2-in-1 product, uniquely designed to transform from cart to workbench and back. Effortlessly set up with one fluid motion, allowing you to work and store anywhere. In workbench orientation, utilize the large 42" x 22" durable wood work surface with a 400 lb. weight capacity. This work surface allows for 4-sided edge clamping and the ability to mount miter saws and other tools. The work surface also features convenient SAE/Metric measurement and protractor lines to conveniently reference while working. The included LINK Accessory Rails can be mounted in multiple locations, taking advantage of the included LINK Double Organizer Bin and other LINK compatible products and accessories. Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, log into your AllSurplus account and select “My Bids / Lots Won”. Please follow the instructions there.
Winning bidder will be notified by email.
All items won must be paid for within 48 hours of auction closing.
If payment for an item is not received within 48 hours of auction closing, it will be considered in default. The buyer account will be noted, and the item will be re-listed in a future Deals auction.
--Two (2) defaults on the same buyer account in 90 days will result in that buyer account being suspended from participation in future auctions.
Taxes and Exemptions
Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
Tax Exemption
Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Removal
Property may be picked up by appointment only. Pickup must be scheduled through the online scheduling app.
The winning bidder will receive an email with a link to the scheduler once the item is marked paid.
Pick up appointments must be made at least 1 hour prior to pickup time, and not later than 3 days (72 hours) after payment of the invoice.
Items not picked up within 3 days (72 hours) of payment of the invoice will be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued, and the item will be re-listed in a future auction.

• Item fails functional test while customer is on site
• Incorrect item provided to customer
If a customer does not accept an item for any of the allowances listed above, the customer will be refunded in full and AllSurplus Deals will retain possession of the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the method of payment used to pay the invoice for the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for order refunds to be fully processed and appear on the buyer’s end. Note: Credit Card/PayPal transaction refunds may be executed within a shorter timeframe.
