Liquidating the following asset:
LOT OF 3 Cold War Era Radiological Survey Meters
Victoreen Model CDV-700 6, manufactured in 1962 by Victoreen Instrument Co. in Cleveland, Ohio.
This is one of the last and best models of the CDV-700 series.
These units were retrofitted in 1990s, including:
A new probe
A new battery compartment
Paint touch-ups in a few areas
THE METERS HAVE HAVY PAINT TOUCH UPS AND CRACKED GLASS
THE METERS ARE TESTED AND WORKING! There is no corrosion in the battery compartment.

Requires 4 D batteries (batteries NOT included).
Please Note: Since the meter was retrofitted with a new battery compartment, the Operational Check Source was never attached and is NOT included. Typically, the check source was attached before initial use, suggesting this meter may not have been used since the 1990s retrofit.
WE USE OUR OWN CHECK SOURCE TO TEST THE METERS!
THE BOX IN PICTURES 21 AND 22 IS FROM CDV 777 SET. THEY WERE IN THIS BOX.
