Holstein BBQ Grill Model 7240G Unit is old but believed to still be in operational condition and/or may need some work/parts replacement. Unit was purchased in July 2008 for $2596. Tires are in poor shape and may need to be replaced to make road-worthy. Tire size is ST175/80R13. It is unknown the last time this unit was transported. Per AI specs the hitch is 2". Please see enclosure for a list of AI provided specs for this model. Please note AI specs are for brand new model and is provided for informational purposes only, we do not guarantee that the actual unit for sale will meet exact specs provide or that all accessories will be with the actual unit for sale. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT UPDATE ON ACCESSING FORT BELVOIR:
All Purchasers are asked to use the Tulley Gate Entrance for access to Fort Belvoir. Unless you are a current DOD ID Holder you will need to go to the Visitor's Center located at Tulley Gate to obtain an Escort Pass. Additional instructions will be provided once the purchaser has made payment. If you do not have a Real ID, it is recommended that you bring a second form of ID such as a passport, SSN card, birth certificate or work ID.
You will need a current and valid Real ID to gain access to the post (this will include any passengers as well). Individuals with a past felony record (including passengers) will not be allowed on post.
