Approximately 410 plastic chairs with metal legs. These chairs are stackable and come in various colors. Only items described are included in the auction, regardless of what other items may appear in the photos. Please research the equipment you are bidding on so you can be sure to have the necessary tools, personnel and vehicle/trailer to safely remove the equipment from its location in timely manner. Unless otherwise stated we do not provide lifting/loading services, so buyers arriving without adequate and functional equipment to SAFELY remove the items from the facility will be held in default of the auction.
ALL PURCHASED ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN MAY 26th THRU MAY 29TH.
Removal by appointment only and appointments must be made by email at least 24 hours in advance. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
The chairs are located at 16025 Clayton Rd, Ellisville, MO 63011.

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Special Instructions
Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Just follow the Instructions on the Auction page.
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
