• We allow Scheduled Pickups ONLY - please email us 48-hours in advance so we’ll have your paperwork ready and ensure coverage.

• The IU Kokomo campus operates on a different schedule from the Indianapolis Surplus
• Pickups are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (ET)
• Please have a copy of your paperwork ready when you arrive.
• We do NOT pack or ship items. We are available for local pickup only.
• We do not help load and do not offer any tools to help accomplish this task; please bring whatever you may need to load your item(s).
• We are not responsible for anyone that comes to retrieve the items if you’ve sent an outside shipping company. An Authorization of Release form is required for third-party agents and must be completed & emailed to surplusp@iu.edu prior to pickup.
• While we check the items before listing them, our items are used and may contain other defects not immediately detectable and are being sold 'as-is.'
• All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
• The winning Bidder is responsible for the removal of an auction item.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Indiana University Indianapolis ('IU-I/') makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
