Condition: New. Most items are sealed but boxes may be open and/or with no box. Items have been in storage for unknown amount of time so working conditions are unknown. Items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is".
Please note that the picture(s) may be a part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended. Be advise, winning bidder will not be allowed to inspect or make any repairs to equipment/vehicle during scheduled pick-up. Equipment/vehicle will be removed immediately.
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
Winning bidder is responsible for the removal of all auction items, furthermore, bidder must bring all the MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, and TRANSPORTATION needed to safely remove items. No dock or forklift is available for loading.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. To schedule appointment, call (956) 523-5157 or (956) 301-4641 Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 4:00pm (Central Time).
Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
