Condition: Used with possibly missing parts. Overall operational conditions are unknown, and none have been professionally tested. All hard drives have been removed from computer(s). No power cords included. Items show cosmetic wear from daily use and storage. Items may only be good for parts/repair. Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Sold "As-Is, Where-Is".
Please note that the picture(s) may be a part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended. Be advise, winning bidder will not be allowed to inspect or make any repairs to equipment/vehicle during scheduled pick-up. Equipment/vehicle will be removed immediately.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. To schedule appointment, call (956) 523-5157 or (956) 301-4641 Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 4:00pm (Central Time).

PAYMENT

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
