Payment
PAYMENT
Payment in full is DUE at the time of pickup at OUA NO LATER than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment Methods are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents MUST be provided to the seller within 24 hours of the auction's close and BEFORE payment is made. Please refer to the point of contact/seller info to address any related questions and further instructions.
ALL PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN FIVE (10) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE BUYER'S CERTIFICATE (or Auction End Date). Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by the specified removal date. Seller also reserves the right to retain the payment collected for the item(s) which buyer fails to remove by the specified removal date.

• Certified Cashiers Check
• Money Order
• Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact contact Jamie Mullis at 863-763-9460 EXT. 111 or by email jmullis@ouafl.com for details on where to make payment and pickup. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Okeechobee Utility Authority assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
