For any questions or to schedule a viewing appointment, please schedule an appointment. Viewing appointments are available between 1:00PM and 3:00PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the auction period.

Questions submitted after 4:00PM on Fridays will be answered the following business day. To ensure we have ample time to respond to your request, ALL FINAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4:00PM THE DAY BEFORE AUCTION CLOSES.

The Seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, loading, towing, hauling, or other requirements for the removal and transport of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer. This includes manpower, tools, airing of tires, providing fuel, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REMOVAL: All communications done via email. After payment has been made, the BUYER (person whose name is listed on the paid receipt) should contact fleetauction@gptx.org to schedule a removal appointment. Removal appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and must be made a minimum of 2 hours in advance. Removal will start on May 26 and all items must be removed by 3:00 PM Friday, June 5

NO REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE DAY THE AUCTION CLOSES.

ITEMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT VIA EMAIL.

After the final day for removal, a late removal fee of $50.00 per day, per item will be charged to the buyer for any items that have not been removed. If merchandise is not removed within ten days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the Seller and they may dispose of or re-sell the property as they see fit.

You must have a copy of the paid receipt and a valid drivers license to remove the auction items. If you are sending a third party or transport company to remove the items, you must notify fleetauction@gptx.org one (1) day prior to scheduled pick up. The email sent shall contain written authorization from the bidder (signed and dated) of the Name/Company of the third party or transport company. The third party or transport company must have a copy of the paid receipt and a valid drivers license in order to remove the items purchased.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT TIME AND THE NEW APPOINTMENT TIME MAY HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR A DIFFERENT DAY. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR TRIP TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AN UNPRODUCTIVE ONE SO AS NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE WITH REMOVAL INCLUDING JUMP STARTING, AIRING TIRES, LOADING ONTO A VEHICLE OR TRAILER, PROVIDING FUEL, ETC. ANY AND ALL METHODS OF LIFTING, LOADING, TOWING, HAULING AND DISASSEMBLING IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. BUYERS ARE EXPECTED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN MANPOWER AND TOOLS. BUYERS CANNOT MAKE REPAIRS ON THE AUCTION LOT.

REGARDING PAPERWORK: All title paperwork will be available for you when you go to pick up your item(s). Prior to removal, buyers must sign all appropriate paperwork. Title(s) will be transferred to the successful buyer's name ONLY. TITLES WILL ONLY BE RELEASED TO THE WINNING BIDDERS. PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AS PROOF OF IDENTITY. TITLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO A THIRD PARTY OR TRANSPORT COMPANY. IF THE WINNING BIDDER IS UNABLE TO GO TO THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE IN PERSON TO PICK UP THEIR TITLE THE TITLE WILL BE MAILED.
