This lot contains (5) pallets of used library and textbooks. The percentage of library verses textbooks is
unknown. The library books are children books, novels, fiction, non- fiction and reference genre. These books
were discontinued due to replacement cycle. All of the library books are used and show typical wear. There are
library accession stamps on the book ends and may have discard stamps on the books as well. The textbooks in
this lot are a mixture of Science, Math, English and Social Studies.
All of the material is mixed. Due to the amount of material there are only some select pictures, the individual titles and quantities are not available. These books are used and have average wear and tear please see pictures. The pallets of books are stacked about 2-5 feet
high and are wrapped.
All of the books are combined. They are ready for transport. Estimated weight is 7,000 lbs.
The winner of this lot will need to schedule a time and day to come pick the books up.
Conditions of all items are "As is, Where is". Only item described herein is included in sale regardless of what
else is pictured.

***PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY**** APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME. WALK-UPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE CALL (770) 473-3892 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THERE WILL BE A 30 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, HOWEVER, AFTER THIS TIME THE APPOINTMENT MUST BE RESCHEDULED. The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation, the vehicle will be available for inspection (locations vary).

Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. All expenses related to the packing, loading, shipping, and transportation are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
