According to the Laws in the State of Tennessee(Tennessee Code 66-19-103 55-16-107, 55-16-106). TITLE. Hartford Auto is selling this vehicle with Transferable Title at Public Auction. It Is the responsibility of the Buyer to understand if this paperwork is sufficient for Title in his/her state. The condition of these vehicles is largely unknown. All Vehicles are sold AS IS.
Note: Please inspect items prior to placing a bid. Inspections are by appointment only. See Asset Contact under Seller Information for phone and email. Please use the “Ask a Question” feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection. Seller open Monday through Friday 9am EST to 5pm EST. It is the Bidder's responsibility to inspect the asset before bidding.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
