You are bidding on one (1) LTI Milk Cooler. This item was taken out of service from a public elementary school 3 years ago and was in working condition. The condition of this item is used, parts may be missing, defective or broken.
Auction items are being sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranty expressed or implied, and all sales are final. Personal inspection of auction items is highly encouraged. Inspections are by appointment only by contacting Keshia Williams at 803-537-8074 or kwilliams@sdnc.org.
Shipping will not be provided **NO SHIPPING**. Pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. Appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ID will be required when picking up items. Please provide a copy of your bill of sale upon pick-up.
Auction winner is responsible for packing, loading, and removal of items. Employees of the District will not provide assistance with this.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
