inspected or mechanically checked, including its packaging, prior to placement in the auction. Any type of
inventory provided in the listing is "NOT" an official or certified manifest. All notated inventory is simply a courtesy
and an attempt to assist bidders with a "GENERAL ESTIMATION" of what "MAY OR MAY NOT" be included in
the auction lot.Also, there is a possibility that some of these products were reported lost or missing by the original owner;
however there will be no refunds or exchanges given for these "recovered items." While every effort has been
made to dispose of brand-name counterfeits there is no claim to the authenticity or value of any item. If the
successful buyer has reason to believe the item is counterfeit, he or she must notify someone at the facility prior
to leaving the premises. The item in question will be immediately destroyed with no further investigation into the
authenticity, and no adjustment will be made to the amount paid for the lot. 

Please Note: All gaylords and pallets are property of GovDeals and are NOT to be cut or destroyed. If this occurs
the buyer is responsible for the payment of $25 per gaylord and pallet. These items must be paid for with cash.
All customers that do not adhere to this clause will be locked from future bidding with GovDeals – Atlanta Surplus
Center. Any gaylord or pallet that is removed from the GovDeals facility must be paid for before it is loaded into
the customers vehicle. The gaylord cost is $25 and the pallet is $25. The customer may purchase one or both
items.

*** Due the COVID-19 pandemic, the Atlanta Surplus Center has "SUSPENDED" all inspections until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and will re-evaluate the situation as it progresses and will keep you updated on any changes shall they arise.

Payment

PAYMENT: If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Auctions will close on TUESDAY. Payment in full is due not later than six (6) full business days from the time and date of the close of the auction and must be made electronically via the payment methods are listed above. GovDeals does NOT accept ACH Payments.

Removal

*Property may be removed by appointment request only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

*All requests & inquiries need to be emailed between business hours 7:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST MONDAY thru FRIDAYasc@govdeals.com.
*GovDeals WILL NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY REMOVAL REQUESTS! The ASC staff will then correspond with bidder to confirm or deny(with explanation) during business hours for any specific requests or inquiry.

*REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS: ALL AUCTIONS will close on a TUESDAY.

*ALL ASSETS must be paid for before requesting a removal appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Removal appointments can then be scheduled for WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY of that same week and then on MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY(DEADLINE) of the following week.

*Removal Appointment times are from 7:30 am - 11:30 AM ET.

*Removal appointment time requests must be sent via email at asc@govdeals.com and then confirmed via email by the GovDeals ASC management team. Removal appointment times will be based on availability.

*BE AWARE . . .Any bidder that shows up without a confirmed appointment "CAN BE DENIED" pickup for that day. Management will try to schedule removal appointment appointments as close to requested time as possible. ALL CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS IS AN "APPROXIMATE" TIME.

*In order to schedule for next day removal; all requests must be received and then confirmed via email by 2:00 PM ET.

*Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled removal appointment time.
*If purchased asset are not removed at confirmed date and time; it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the GovDeals ASC management team via email at asc@govdeals.com and reconfirm a new date and time.

*Buyer will provide GovDeals with the Buyers Certificate and a photo id when picking up merchandise.

*Buyer must provide their own containers for transport. Boxes, Gaylord Boxes, Totes, Containers, and Pallets must remain with GovDeals.

*The ASC management will consider a bidder's request for the facility to hold their winning lots for a later pick up date; however, consideration will only be made once payment for all winning lots has been received and confirmed by the ASC staff.

*ALL winning buyers need to BE AWARE . . . if the ASC staff confirms to hold their winning lots, a "DAILY STORAGE FEE"of $50.00 will be applied and made retroactive on each winning lot if not removed after 30 days from the auction "END DATE". ALSO, if the winning bidder fails to remove their items from the ASC after 45 days from the auction "END DATE", all items are considered "abandoned" and immediately become the property of GovDeals. NO refunds will be implemented or considered!

GAYLORD BOXES & PALLETS: All gaylord boxes and pallets are property of GovDeals and must not be cut or destroyed. If this occurs the buyer is responsible for the payment of $25 per gaylord and pallet. All buyers that do not adhere to this clause will be locked from future bidding with GovDeals. Any gaylord or pallet that is removed from the GovDeals facility must be paid for before it is loaded into the buyer's vehicle. The gaylord cost is $25 and the pallet is $25 plus a 5% Fee. The buyer may purchase one or both items.

Third Party Shipping/Transport: The GovDeals Atlanta Surplus Center does not permit the services of Conway-Freight at its facility as a shipping option. Conway-Freight trucks will no longer be allowed to dock at the Atlanta Surplus Center. If a winning bidder contracts with Con-way Freight, it will be that bidders responsibility to arrange another freight option. Should the winning bidder decline to change shipping options, the bidder will be refunded the purchase amount and will be locked from further activity with Atlanta Surplus Center.
