  • (1) metal lid for top section

  • (1) wood base



Cabinet Drawers are currently unlocked, but keys were not given to us by the department who turned this equipment in so they are not included. Drawers have been removed from the bottom two sections in the photographs for easier transport and to minimize weight load during storage. Only the flat file sections, drawers and wood base are included with purchase; panel cart holding the shelves and materials in background of photos are not included with purchase.

Estimated weight of each section (including drawers) is 300-400 lbs. Buyer is strongly encouraged to remove drawers from cabinet sections when loading in order to minimize risk of damage or injury. Buyer is expected to perform most of the work for loading this item, but we can assist with loading into an appropriately-sized vehicle. No assistance will be provided unless drawers are removed from sections..

Payment

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. If Payment is not received within five (5) business days from the time and date of the issuance of Buyer's Certificate, Bidder will be marked as a default bidder and equipment will be re-auctioned or offered to the next highest bidder. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal

Hours of operation for pickups are 900a-300p Monday through Friday. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Items are expected to be removed within (10) business days from the time and issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to bring proper tools (i.e. rope, ratchet straps) for safely securing any freight or items in their vehicle. You may be turned away and forced to reschedule your pickup if we deem your load to be unsafe. Buyers are permitted to arrange removal of property via a third-party, but will be required to complete and return an Authorization Release form. Auctions/Buyers with items that have not been removed within (10) business days will be considered Defaulted unless arrangements have been made with Asset Contact to extend removal deadline.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
