If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only Tuesday or Thursday that do not fall on a holiday between the hours of 10am-2pm EDT ONLY. Appointments for inspection or removal must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Pick Up Time is between the hours of 10am - 2pm EDT Tuesday or Thursday ONLY!

City staff CANNOT assist with the removal of surplus items.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Pick up is available on Tuesday and Thursday between 10am - 2pm EDT only. Address and contact information can be found on the buyers certificate or by clicking on the seller information tab.

Shipping can be arranged and facilitated at the cost of the buyer.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate, unless prior arrangements are made with the Fleet Division Manager.

Bloomington, IN makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
