The buyer will be responsible for all preparation, dismantling, securing, packing, removal, and transportation of bid items in compliance with all applicable state and local regulations. No Assistance will be provided by AWLS. The bidder will be required to sign a Bill of Sale at the time of removal. Buyer shall contact the Owner 24 hours in advance to arrange removal of bid items. Buyer may be required to provide a copy of liability insurance to AWLS prior to entering the property to remove any item. Buyer may be required to sign a liability waiver before performing any work on AWLS property. All items must be removed and the site cleared of any debris within 10 work days of the close of bids. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and other holidays or non-work days as listed on the District calendar.
